One to One Personal Training

  • You are unique, as will be your journey to your desired goal. After a complimentary consultation, I will programme sessions to help you achieve those goals. 
  • It is my aim as your coach, to teach you along the way on how to exercise effectively for years to come. Exercise for longevity. 
  • Hourly sessions are held in a fully equipped, private gym. This means very small numbers of people will be training within the same area and we have access to all the equipment. 
  • I am with you every step of the way. Contact me whenever you need. I can help you with workouts outside of our regular sessions, and also with any nutritional needs you have. 
  • Confidentiality. I take the 'Personal' part of Personal Training seriously. I have had many clients confide in me with many personal issues. I am here to support you, not just physically but also emotionally and mentally. 

Semi Private Personal Training

Maybe you fancy training with a friend? Semi private PT sessions are for groups of 2-3 clients. 

  • Share your hard work and achievements 
  • Enjoy a balance of bespoke coaching, friendly motivation and support, and reduced costs
  • Workouts can be diverse as I, the coach, can cater to different fitness levels and preferences within the group
  • The cost of semi private sessions are the cost of 1:1 PT, plus £10 per extra member. 
  • Hourly sessions are held in a fully equipped private gym. This means very small numbers of people will be training within the same area.

MumEternity Coastside Classes

Power your way through pregnancy & rehabilitate your postpartum body back to full strength & fitness. A safe & specific gym based strength & fitness class to suit all expectant and new mums. For any stage of pregnancy, and up to 1 year postpartum. PAYG £15 or purchase your block of 10 classes for £125. (classes do not need to be used consecutively, but must be used within 4 months)

Do you do home visits?

Yes, I can do home visits, location and availability dependant. Home/desired location visits come at a higher rate to cover travel costs.

How often should/could I train with you?

You can train with me as little or as often as you like. I recommend you exercise 3-5 times a week, and on average clients train with me 2 x a week.

How long are the sessions?

Both 1:1 and small group PT last 60minutes 

What are your coaching hours?

My coaching hours are Monday-Friday 6am-8pm
I do not coach at the weekend.

If wanting to book Small Group PT, do we all need to have the same goals?

No, it is of course helpful if you do all wish to achieve similar goals, but it is not a problem if not. I can coach you both/all accordingly in the same session.

How do I cancel a session?

I am happy to reschedule sessions for the same week. I ask for 24hours notice to cancel/reschedule a session. Failure to do so with the minimum 24 hours notice, will result in your session being lost and still paid for. 

Do I need a certain level of fitness to start PT with you?

No of course not, I coach all abilities, no matter what your current or previous training status is 

Can you help me with my nutrition?

Yes, I can help with general nutritional needs: weight loss, weight gain, well balanced diet, creating healthy eating habits.

I have an injury, can I still PT with you?

 Of course, I have a lot of experience with pre & rehabilitation. I am there to help strengthen your weaknesses and prevent any future pains or discomforts. 

How do I make payment for PT?

I accept both cash and/or bank transfer for payments. I have an hourly rate of £50, and offer block session discounts.

What do I need to do before we begin?

Get mentally prepared. You have done the hard part of researching and contacting me to book in. All you need to do now is focus on turning up to your sessions, be honest with me and trust the process.
