Taking care of Mum, so she can feel empowered, strong and energised to care for the family.

Mission Statement

I felt that there is a lack of support and education available for the postpartum journey. I have come across many mothers who fear exercise post birth. This is why I make it my mission to support and educate mums, to give them the confidence to get moving again. I focus a lot on pelvic and core health to reduce the risk of physical dysfunction, and make sure mum feels the strongest and happiest she can be with her postnatal performance. This can begin during pregnancy, weeks after giving birth or even years after becoming a mother.
Through exercise, no matter what stage you are at in your pregnancy or postpartum journey, Mum Eternity is here to unlock your body’s true potential. 

What is Mum Eternity?

Through exercise Mum Eternity aims to educate mums, unlock their body's true potential, give them confidence and motivation to move their way through motherhood. Mum Eternity prioritises mums physical health and rehabilitation, with a huge focus on pelvic floor and core health. Mum Eternity prescribes workouts to assist functional movement, getting and keeping mum strong for day to day activities, as well as gym/sport based performance. 
Mum Eternity is for the mum who needs to rehabilitate her diastasis recti. For the mum who needs to manage her pelvic prolapse. The mum who wants less back pain. The mum that wants to run a 5k, or maybe a marathon. For the mum who wants to get back to explosive sport or maybe the mum that just wants to run after her kids.
Mum Eternity is exercise for every mum.
