Refund Policy & Termination of Membership

Payment for all courses and plans must be completed before access to the content is permitted.

• All subscriptions to 'The Mum Eternity Community' run on a monthly basis. Payment will be taken on the same day of the month that you first signed up. Cancellation of your membership can be done at any time before the next payment is due and no further payment will be taken from your account. Please go to your account profile in the right hand corner of your screen. Click settings and under the billing section, click edit and follow cancel plan directions.

• If you terminate your membership, your access to 'The Mum Eternity Community' will still be valid for the subscription time you have already paid for. You must ensure you cancel your membership before the date of your upcoming renewal. We do not offer refunds or credits for additional access for any unused subscription periods, change of mind, accidental purchases, medical reasons or any other reason unless required to do so by law. Our auto-renewable purchase subscriptions can only be cancelled by logging into the users account and cancelling. We reserve the right to change the subscription fees from time to time.
