I started doing the MumEternity workouts with Chess seven weeks post party and started feeling the benefits immediately. As well as helping with the physical recovery and building my new core strength back afterr the c-section, the help with my mental well being was also amazing.
MumEternity is a great platform for any who wants to get back into exercise safely after giving birth. I love the flexibility of the live and recorded full-body workouts which means I can complete them in my own time! (as mums know, having a baby can throw your routine out the window!)
I am so glad that I found Chess and the MumEternity community after I had my son. The online sessions were fantastic for easing me back into training, along with the daily posts of encouragement. All of this gave me the confidence to go back to the gym and modify the moves to suit my post c-section recovery.
